To access your account please use your 12-digit Investor ID as your Investor ServiceDirect® User ID.

Where can I find my 12-digit Investor ID?

Your Investor ID is easily located on your account statements, transaction advices and check stubs. This unique 12-digit ID is printed in the "IMPORTANT TAX INFORMATION AND TRANSACTION DETAIL" section of your dividend check or direct deposit advice. If you are a plan participant, your Investor ID is located in the top right section of your account statement.
