In business since 1999, Mountain Tech Manufacturing makes high quality, custom parts for customers in the aerospace, medical equipment, semi-conductor, and high-tech industries. With the capability to handle CNC milling, CNC turning, manual machining, grinding and finishing, there’s little Mountain Tech can’t build. Owners Jan and Dave know that today, a business needs a website. “When I cultivate a new customer,” says Dave, “I need to have something they can go look at and see our capabilities. With our website, they can see the photos of our shop and view information about our company.”

To build their small business website, Jan and Dave reached out to Qwest, taking advantage of Qwest’s Core Connect bundled package that includes, among business phone, email, and high speed Internet, website hosting and templates to build their own site. “The step-by-step website creator and choice of templates made it easy,” says Dave. “It took no longer than an hour to set up.”

Mountain Tech’s confidence with their website and its ability to reach people made them feel good about launching their own sporting goods division, one currently marketed exclusively on the web. “We’re not opening a store, yet” says Jan. “It’s all going to be done on the web, right now.”
