QWave service is a fully managed optical wavelength service delivered over Qwest's state of the art Dense Wave Division Multiplexing (DWDM) network. This transport solution is ideally suited for customers who require dedicated broadband transport network connectivity without the capital and ongoing expenses associated with owning and operating network infrastructure. A truly flexible product offering, QWave service can accommodate a customer's individual requirements with respect to interfaces, diversity, end-to-end connectivity and special routing for both metro and inter-city applications.
One of the great advantages of using our QWave solution is the level of support customers receive from our service management and network management teams. The customer support center (CSC), Qwest's premier trouble management team, provides one-call issue resolution while network managers provide 24/7/365 performance monitoring to ensure that the network continues to operate at optimal levels.
QWave service is generally available throughout the domestic United States, with inter-city and metro connectivity.
