Whether called Broadband, High Speed Internet, or Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), this service provides end users with fast and reliable internet connectivity and continuous dedicated access to a selected Internet Service Provider (ISP). Qwest DSL is available with compatible voice services (voice and data are transmitted concurrently over a single local loop and ‘split’ at the service central office) or on a stand alone (data only) basis. Connection speeds from up to 256Kbps downstream to 20Mbps downstream are available dependent upon product, network configuration and compatibility.
WHigh speed internet/data functionality may also be provided by alternative service providers on compatible ‘split’ Qwest retail, Qwest Local Services Platform® (QLSP®), or Unbundled Local Loop services.
