Each Qwest Wireless® Service Plan applies to a primary coverage area ("Home Coverage Area") in which the Network* is generally available and the areas in which you may utilize any data services to which you subscribe. You may utilize all of the features and benefits of your Service Plan as long as you are on the Network in your Home Coverage Area. It is important to understand which Home Coverage Area your plan includes. Learn more>>

Coverage maps are approximate representations of the Network and Home Coverage Areas, not a guarantee of network or service availability. Actual coverage may vary, depending on terrain, weather, equipment, location and other circumstances. You may be unable to access the Network, even in your Home Coverage Area. If you cannot access the Network, within or outside of your Home Coverage Area, you may be able to place calls through other providers by “roaming.” Roaming is not available in all areas and roaming coverage is subject to change without notice. You may or may not receive calls while roaming. When roaming, the Service Plan features and billing advantages may not apply and additional roaming charges, which are subject to change without notice, may apply (depending on your Service Plan), plus any applicable long-distance charges.
