Electronic Payment Options
Sign up for paperless billing
Completely electronic — eBilling is total convenience for you. Each month you'll receive an e-mail when your statement is available at Qwest.com, then your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.

Make a One time Electronic Payment
A one-time electronic funds transfer from your bank account lets you control the payment amount and date. It's quick, easy and free.

Pay by Credit Card
You can use your major credit card to quickly and securely pay your bill online.

Arrange an Automatic Monthly Payment
Enrolling in the Automatic Payment Plan makes paying bills safe, easy and convenient for you. You will receive your statements by mail and then, each month, your payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account.
Traditional Payment Options
Pay by Mail
You always have the option to mail your payment by mail. To ensure accurate processing, please write your ten-digit telephone number on your check, use the envelope provided in your statement or find the correct mailing address online.
