Remove Freeze

You can remove the freeze on your Qwest® local or long-distance service either by:

Email

  1. Open the Request to Lift a Freeze Form (This form will open in MicroSoft Word)
  2. Complete all requested information by typing it directly into the form.
  3. Save the completed form on your computer
  4. Attach the completed form to an e-mail message and send it to picfreezeremoval@qwest.com.

All requests received after 3 p.m. CST will be processed the following business day.
