This is our limited cable TV offering, separate from our satellite TV partnership with DirecTV.
You do not have to be a Qwest customer to set up a Do Not Call, Do Not Email, or Do Not Mail restriction, but we need your telephone number to set up these restrictions for you.
If your name, address and telephone number are published in white pages directories (which means that it will be public information), we allow that information to be used by our official directory publisher and purchasers of our directory assistance offerings for their own marketing or to create marketing lists. Qwest can only process requests for this restriction for active Qwest customers. If you get service from another provider, contact your provider for exclusion from marketing lists.

Being on a federal or state do not call list will not keep customers from getting our marketing calls because we have an established business relationship with our customers. For more information on how Qwest honors these requests, click here.

If you ask, we will stop sending you direct mail marketing for two years from the date of your request.

If you ask, we will stop sending you commercial email. Please note that checking this box may prevent you from receiving money saving offers and, if you are a business customer, certain offers from your assigned account representative about improving your Qwest services.
You will still receive legally required notices, information about changes to your products and services, and other "non-marketing" communications by phone, email or mail even if you elect not to be contacted by the marketing methods described above.
It may take 30 days for the restrictions you request to become effective.
