Registration Instructions

• Go to the Access Alliance login page at http://www.qwestservice.com.

• Enter your Sales ID then the password that you would like to have. (Case sensitive, 8-15 letter and number combination). Submitting this information will take you to the online registration form.

• Complete and submit the online registration. You will receive a response within 48 business hours. All notifications of approval or denial will be sent to the e-mail address you indicated on the form.

• If you have any questions, please contact your Channel Sales Manager.

• If you are in need of technical support, please e-mail CIC.Group@CenturyLink.com. Include your sales ID and contact information.

About Sales IDs
Master Agent
Only the Contractual Obligator (contracting person with CenturyLink) may submit the online registration form for the Master Agent Sales ID. Submissions by any other party will be rejected.
Subordinate Agent or Employee of a Master Agent
All Sub Agents and Employees of a Master Agent requests will be approved as long as the information submitted on the Access Alliance online registration form matches the information within the CenturyLink Sales ID Database. All other requests will be rejected.
