Overview
Qwest was the first government contractor to win eligibility for crossover into the Washington Interagency Telecommunications
Services 2001 (WITS2001) contract. Through WITS2001, Qwest provides data communications to the National Capital
Region (NCR) through 2010, and we will continue to add data services to our WITS2001 contract.

Qwest Control allows customers to access an on-line trouble reporting tools via a secure Web site. For a customer to manage their communications with Qwest Control they need a PC with Internet access, a certified browser, an enterprise ID, user name and password.
