Qwest Wi-Fi: Connection Instructions

How do I connect to Qwest Wi-Fi powered by AT&T Wi-Fi? 
Use the steps below to quickly connect to a participating hotspot location. A printer friendly version of the Connection Instructions is also available.

Fill in and print a wallet size reference card to help you connect at participating hotspots.


  1. Find a participating Qwest Wi-Fi hotspot near you.

  2. Connect to the QwestWiFi wireless network (use attwifi if QwestWiFi is not listed), then open your web browser. To see how, select your operating system:

  3. If you connected to QwestWiFi and are prompted to sign in, proceed to step 4. If you see a short video clip, click the 'CONNECT TO Wi-Fi' button on the lower right side of the page as soon as the video clip ends.

    If you connected to attwifi, you will only use one of the following based on what you see in your web browser.

      If you see a...

      ...'Connect to the Internet' button at the top of the screen, click the button, then select Qwest from the list of 'Other Providers' on the right side of the screen.

      ...'Connection Options' link at the top of the page, click the link and then select 'Connect with a Roaming Partner.' Select Qwest from the list of Roaming Service Providers.

  4. Sign in to Qwest Wi-Fi powered by AT&T Wi-Fi using one of the options below:

    • Your Billing Telephone Number (BTN) and 3-digit Customer Code more info
    • Your BTN and last four digits of the primary account holder's Soc. Sec. Number
    • Your Qwest MyAccount user name and password more info

  5. After entering your sign-in information, click GO. You should now be connected to Qwest Wi-Fi powered by AT&T Wi-Fi! If you are unable to surf the internet, see our Troubleshooting page
