Macintosh System Requirements
Norton AntiVirus subscriptions are not available for Macintosh computers through Qwest.
However, Qwest has partnered with Norton to offer discounts on Macintosh compatible antivirus
software for Qwest High-Speed Internet subscribers. For more information, go to the
Norton store.

How do I install Norton AntiVirus if another version of Norton is already on my PC?
- 1. Uninstall your existing Norton product.
- 2. Install Norton on your computer.
How many computers can I install Norton AntiVirus on?
Your Qwest High-Speed Internet subscription allows you to install Norton on up to five computers.
I have installed it on less than five computers
- The process for installing Norton on additional computers is the same as it is on the first computer.
I have more than five computers and need additional licenses
- Qwest customers can receive a discount when purchasing additional licenses of Norton and
other Norton products. Go to the Norton Store to purchase additional Windows licenses or Macintosh licenses.

- If you want to install Norton on more than five computers without purchasing an additional license,
then you must uninstall it from one of your existing computers before you install it on your new computer.
How do I uninstall Norton AntiVirus?
Click the Start button, and then click
Control Panel.
Depending on your version of Windows, do one of the following:
- On Windows 7 or Vista, click Uninstall a Program.
- On Windows XP, double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- In the list of installed programs, click the Norton or Symantec product, and then click Remove or Uninstall.
- To confirm that you want to uninstall the product, click Norton Complete Uninstall.
- Click Next.
- Click Restart Now.
If the above steps do not remove the old Norton product from your computer, use the Norton Removal Tool.
