If you do NOT see two orange buttons above this statement, or you prefer the manual upgrade, proceed to the Manual Firmware Upgrade section below.

To manually upgrade the firmware on your modem, your computer MUST be connected directly to your modem using the Ethernet cable.

The most current version of the M1000 firmware is QA02.5-3.60.3.0.8.6. To check the firmware version on your modem, go to the Modem Status page. In the lower middle part of the page, the Firmware Version will be listed. If your modem has any version other than the one previously listed, use the Manual Firmware Upgrade Instructions below.
