Triennial Review Remand Order (TRRO) and Omaha Forbearance Order (OFO)

Proposed Rulemaking (FCC 03-36), referred to as the "Triennial
Review Order" (TRO) effective October 2, 2003 and the
Remand Order (CC 01-338) referred to as the "Triennial
Review Remand Order" (TRRO) effective March 11, 2005
and,
The FCC's Omaha Forbearance Order (OFO), FCC 05-170
(WC Docket No. 04-223 released December 2, 2005, which relieved
Qwest from the statutory and regulatory obligations to offer
DS0, DS1, DS3, and dark fiber loops and transport as Unbundled
Network Elements (UNEs) in 9 wire centers within the Omaha
Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA), pursuant to section 251(c)(3)
of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.

to you only at such time as you have completed an Interconnection
Agreement (ICA) or Amendment that incorporates the provisions
and/or changes called for in these FCC orders.
