Qwest won the 2010 Nemertes PilotHouse award for Ethernet providers among Market Challengers. The PilotHouse award is based on ratings from more than 2,000 businesses interviewed by Nemertes Research. Qwest received the highest award for customer service among all providers including AT&T and Verizon. Qwest also received the highest rating for value and the highest overall score among market challengers including Sprint, Level 3, Cox and Comcast.
