Qwest Large Business Directory Assistance

Qwest Large Business Directory Assistance allows customers to reach Qwest Directory Assistance agents via a toll-free number. By consolidating directory assistance requests, customers receive a volume discount.

When dialing the toll-free number, customers will receive:

• National directory listings
• Toll-free listings
• Reverse listings (provide the telephone number and the agent will provide the name and address)
• Up to two listings per call

Customers must commit to 55,000 Directory Assistance calls a month to receive discounted rates.

*Call completion is not included with this product.

Qwest® Large Business Directory Assistance is available nationwide to most Qwest business customers. Minimum one-year term of commitment, one-time setup fee and minimum 55,000 call-per-month volume required. Call defined as call completion to Directory Assistance representative. Pricing determined by commitment level.
