Qwest Reservationless Audio Conferencing helps you accomplish more in your workday by allowing you to interact with up to 125 colleagues, customers and partners from across the globe at a moment’s notice with no operator involvement. Your personal meeting room is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is accessible from any location.

Easy To Start, Easy To Use

To begin a conference, simply dial your access number, then your meeting number from any telephone. Your participants dial the same access number and enter your meeting number to access the call. Once you enter your moderator PIN, your meeting is open and ready to begin.

Included Features

  • Conference Access — Open and close the meeting room door, or open the meeting room but keep the door closed so that all participants enter the meeting room simultaneously
  • Conference Passcode — Select a 4-digit passcode on a per call basis for additional security. When this code is activated by the moderator, participants are prompted to enter the 4-digit code to enter the conference
  • Private Greeting Room — Enter a private greeting room to greet participants one at a time if the meeting door is closed
  • Roll Call/Participant Name Capture — When activated, this feature prompts participants to record their names to be played upon conference entry and exit
  • Entry and Exit Tones — Choose whether or not to have a tone sound when a participant enters or exits the call
  • Listen Only/Self Mute — Choose Listen Only Mode to mute all participant lines, or allow participants to mute and unmute their own lines at will
  • Lecture Mode and Q&A — Allow participants to listen only, or use the Q&A feature to give the floor to a participant in order to ask a question
  • Record and Replay — Start and stop the recording of the conference, or an audio replay of the conference
  • On-Line Helpdesk — Allows for either a private conversation between the moderator and the helpdesk, or for the helpdesk technician to join the conference to assist participants
