Qwest Choice™ Business Prime

Qwest Choice™ Business Plus

Includes your choice of up to 15 call features, Unistar® and six Qwest Directory Assistance calls automatically included.

• Available on month-to-month, 12-month, 24-month and 36-month term pricing
• To qualify for 12, 24 or 36-month pricing, a minimum 3-lines per account is required; early termination fees apply.

Qwest Choice Business Add-A-line helps you to customize your service and offers attractive price discounts when purchased with a business voice package. An unlimited number of Add-A-Lines can be purchased with each Qwest Choice Business or Qwest Choice Business Plus package.

Price Options

Each Qwest Choice Business phone package can be purchased on a month-to-month or term discount basis. Select the price plan that fits each individual line, or choose the same price plan for all packages.

Ask your sales person about sophisticated additional features that may be available to you at no extra charge, depending on your Qwest Choice Business package and voicemail configuration.

Early termination fees would apply if the service is disconnected prior to term expiration.

Take Advantage of Term Discounts

• Ten percent reduction of the month-to-month rate with a 12-month term agreement
• Fifteen percent reduction of the month-to-month rate with a 24-month term agreement
• Twenty percent reduction of the month-to-month rate with a 36-month term agreement
• Early termination fees apply to service terminated prior to expiration of the selected term pricing plan.

It's easy to customize your business phone service, here is a 3-line example.

Line 1– Main office line, published telephone number, your customer must always be able to reach you on this line. You might choose Qwest Choice Business Plus with Business Voice Mail, Call Forwarding and Call Waiting.

Line 2– Rolls over from the main line to ensure your customers can reach you when your main number is busy. You might choose Qwest Choice Business Add-A-Line with series hunting to move the call from the main number to line 2.

Line 3– This might be your FAX and credit card line and does not need to tie into your main number. Qwest Choice Business Add-A-Line without any features can handle FAX and credit card verification duties.
