Qwest Call Queuing™ services is an affordable queuing service that works on your existing phones and lines. It does not require any special equipment. With Qwest Call Queuing, callers to your business will be able to speak with a live person rather than reaching a busy signal or being forced to leave a message.
Instead of reaching a busy signal or voice mail, callers to a business with Qwest Call Queuing receive a pleasant greeting thanking them for calling and advising that their call will be answered in the order received. If the business has voice mail or a telephone answering service, the caller is also told that they can leave a message at anytime simply by pressing one (1). Recurring announcements thank the caller for their patience and remind them that they can always leave a message.
