Qwest was the only government contractor to win eligibility for crossover into the Washington Interagency Telecommunications Services 2001 (WITS2001 Crossover) contract. The Qwest WITS2001 Crossover contract provides communications services, professional services, and customer premise equipment (CPE) to support agencies within the National Capital Region. These services, as well as other new, enhanced and improved services, can be ordered under Qwest's WITS2001 contract through May 2010, with a full continuation of all ordered services through May 2011.
