Mr. Levinson is the Chief Security Officer and Director of Information Assurance for Qwest Communications, Government Services, Inc., where he is responsible for the design, development and delivery of secure telecommunications, information technology, and regulatory compliance services across the Federal marketplace

Mr. Levinson has over 25 years of focused experience in Information Security and Risk assessment. He is a highly experienced risk assessor and secure technology architect specializing in Information Assurance and in all phases of the security engineering process including policy formulation, threat identification, risk analysis, systems architecture and design, implementation, testing, certification, operations, training and managing the security of information and telecommunications systems in a wide variety of environments.

Mr. Levinson's professional certifications include: Certified Data Professional, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Business Continuity Planner and Certified Homeland Security Professional. He is a graduate of the American University in Washington, DC and the London School of Economics in London, England. He has also completed post graduate course-work at the National War College, Columbia University, and the Wharton School of Business and is a Fellow of the Brookings Institution.
