Simply hang up or delete a message if someone calls and asks you to
dial numbers.
For collect calls ask the operator to have the person placing the
collect call speak his/her name, instead of allowing the operator to
say the name of the person placing the call.
Memorize your calling card number and avoid sharing your calling card
number with others.
Be aware of people loitering around pay phones and shield the keypad
with your hand while entering your number.
Avoid giving your calling card number to someone who calls you and
asks you for your number.
Report a lost or stolen calling card immediately.
