Qwest Foundation®
The Qwest Foundation awards grants to non-profit organizations that generate high impact and measurable results through community-based programs, and supports programs and initiatives that build lasting value for Qwest customers and the communities we serve. We focus on enriching the lives of children by supporting solid preK-12 educational programs, and believe that educating children is the cornerstone for building strong and enlightened communities. Qwest Teacher & Technology Grants
Qwest Foundation developed a mini-grant program offered to teachers to reward programs that use technology or the Internet in innovative ways to advance student achievement. This program aims to improve K-12 education and continue to demonstrate Qwest’s solid commitment to supporting enhanced student learning and engagement by encouraging teachers to be innovative in their classrooms. Go Green for Schools
Go Green for Schools is a new and innovative cell phone recycling initiative brought to you by Qwest. By recycling your cell phone with Qwest, you keep unused cell phones out of landfills and reduce green house gas emissions. This recycling program also helps raise money for public school districts and preK-12 educational initiatives. For more information or to donate your phone, click here. |
